Synergy’s Strictly shooting camp will focus entirely on shooting and goal-scoring. We will break down shooting and its fundamentals focusing on proper weight transfer, the right way to set up for your shot, and correct follow-through.   Skaters will progress from technical drills to game simulations focusing on shooting in stride, shooting off the pass, one-timers, proper shot selection, disguising your shot, shooting with purpose, rebound reaction, and more.

You will be shooting harder with more accuracy and a quicker release by the end of these sessions – all to maximize your scoring opportunities.

This camp will feature 4 total hours of on-ice instruction led by our director of player development, Jan Ludvig and our highly regarded hockey coach, James Friedel.
